Our 30-Day Return Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Marmouk. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy. You have a full 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return if you are not satisfied.
Return Eligibility
To ensure your item is eligible for a return, it must be in the same condition you received it:
Unused, and with tags attached (if applicable).
In its original, undamaged packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygienic or safety reasons, including (but not limited to):
Personal care products (like cosmetics, skincare, etc.)
Please contact our support team if you are unsure if your item is eligible for a return.
How to Start a Return
Please contact our customer support team at support@marmouk.com
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your parcel.
Important Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
